Comments about Edge Pro Commercial Programmable or Non-Programmable Thermostat: This unit was installed with my new A/C Carrier unit. It is not very reliable; I do not like touch screen products because they seem to die out.
Well, low and behold, on a 100 degree, humid day in Arizona I woke up to the unit blacked out and my A/C not working (3 years after installation and still under warranty). Of course, the warranty is a battle in itself and I am told I have to go without A/C for a week before someone can come out and look at my problem; that's not even getting it fixed yet!!!
